The founder of our firm, and now its counsel, Ove Minsos, QC, brings an incredible wealth of legal, business and community leadership experience. Ove has acted for thousands of business and individual clients on a broad range of issues. He has also served the city, province, and the country in a myriad of volunteer capacities including serving on local constituency boards, United Way campaigns, City of Edmonton Transportation Advisory Boards, and the University of Alberta Board of Governors, to name only a few.
Ove’s leadership and advice have been essential to the success of Minsos Stewart Masson, and to the success of his many clients over his distinguished career.
Ove is now happily retired.

Dusten Stewart

During Dusten’s more than 25-year legal career he has become one of Edmonton’s leading foreclosure and credit recovery lawyers. Representing several large institutional lenders along with a variety of private investors, Dusten brings a unique ability to work with lenders, borrowers and opposing counsel in a manner that gets difficult situations resolved effectively and compassionately.
In addition to his work in credit recovery, Dusten regularly advises clients in estate planning and estate administration.

Don Masson

Outside of his legal practice Don is active in his community. He currently sits on the Board of Governors of Concordia University of Edmonton and is a past president of his local community league. James McTague
